Qualifications:

- Has experience in the related field
- Willing to work in Quezon City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather information and create a solution in problems that may arise, and manage procedures that needed to be improved.
- Conduct onsite observations, interview, and instruct personnel that will help in order to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel needed for the improvement of the business.
- Analyze financial data, revenues and expenditures, and employment reports, among other data needed.
- Determine the root cause of business problems and create a solution that many include new system, procedures, or personnel changes.
- Present its findings to its supervisors, managers, and other decision-making bodies.
- Create, convey, present, and promote company's business ideas to potential and current clients.
- Confer with managers to ensure that proposed changes will be implemented.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the President as the business direction requires.
