Job Description:
Gather information and create a solution in problems that may arise, and manage procedures that needed to be improved.
Conduct onsite observations, interview, and instruct personnel that will help in order to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel needed for the improvement of the business.
Analyze financial data, revenues and expenditures, and employment reports, among other data needed.
Determine the root cause of business problems and create a solution that many include new system, procedures, or personnel changes.
Present its findings to its supervisors, managers, and other decision-making bodies.
Create, convey, present, and promote company's business ideas to potential and current clients.
Confer with managers to ensure that proposed changes will be implemented.
Perform other related duties assigned by the President as the business direction requires.
