Role is primarily responsible for Health Care domain Automation Business Analyst. This will be a client interfacing role and would demand candidate to possess excellent client relationship management skills, communication skills, stakeholder management apart from hands on experience of creating Process flows (As-Is), opportunity identification / participating in bright idea drives and working with multiple teams on successful closure of ideas / opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage relationship with Operations leadership team including strategy formation for Automation roadmap, assessment plan etc.
In collaboration with Reengineering team, ensure formulation & execution of business assessments and discoveries
Ensure timely delivery of Automation projects by liasoning closely with RE and delivery teams
Set up priorities for process improvements
Adopt, leverage, and build methodologies and tools to deliver results
Works closely with clients, stakeholders and cross functional teams plan and lead projects
Ensure timely project communication at all levels of stakeholders and the business organization as appropriate.
Providing thought leadership to the project team
Stays up to date in the application of process improvement tools and techniques and relevant benchmarking data for related organizations
Share Best practices from within and outside the organization / industry / domain and provide recommendations for implementing them

Required Qualifications:
Extensive Contact Center experience or Information Technology Projects experience
Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls
Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques
Proficient in Healthcare domain knowledge
Sound knowledge in Excel, Visio and PPTs
Exposure to automation
Ability to conduct process deep dives
Requirement gatherings and converting into benefits
Analytical / logical bent of mind
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean / Six Sigma skills
Health Care PBM, Payer or Provider exposure
Exceptional change management skills
Excellent Communication (written / spoken)
Admirable Presentation skills
