This role partners closely with UI/UX, QA, and development teams to deliver seamless player experiences in a regulated online gaming environment.Job Responsibilities
Requirements & Specs: Gather requirements and write detailed specifications for UX features, platform enhancements, and customizations.
Player Journey Mapping: Document end-to-end player flows, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Acceptance Criteria: Collaborate with UI/UX and QA to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
UAT Support: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing; validate platform deliverables against requirements.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as liaison between business, design, and tech teams to clarify scope, resolve ambiguities, and manage change requests.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional specs, user stories, and release notes for all platform and UX changes.
The Successful Candidate:
Experience: 3-5+ years as a Business Analyst in online gaming, prior work with an Asian operator strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into actionable specs; familiarity with UX principles and agile delivery.
Tools: Proficient in JIRA/Confluence (or similar), wireframing tools (Figma, Axure), and QA/UAT processes.
Knowledge: Understanding of regulated gaming environments, player lifecycle, and platform integrations.
