The company operates in regulated environments and continues to expand its footprint across key markets, offering long-term growth opportunities for its teams.Ensure that payment flows, KYC processes, and compliance requirements are clearly documented, tested, and implemented across our platforms. This role bridges business, regulatory, and technical teams to deliver secure, compliant, and seamless player experiences in a regulated online gaming environment.Job Responsibilities:
Process Documentation: Map and document payment flows, withdrawal logic, and KYC tier structures for onboarding and verification.
Regulatory Alignment: Define edge cases and write specifications for regulatory reporting; ensure adherence to PAGCOR and AML/KYC standards.
Vendor Coordination: Work closely with payment providers, KYC vendors, and PAGCOR representatives to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Acceptance Criteria: Collaborate with QA and Product teams to define test cases and validate compliance features.
Compliance Assurance: Monitor changes in regulations and update documentation and processes accordingly.
UAT Support: Assist in user acceptance testing for payment and KYC features; validate deliverables before release.
The Successful Candidate:
Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in iGaming; experience with regulated environments is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML/KYC frameworks, local wallets, and payment ecosystems in Asia.
Skills: Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable specs.
Tools: Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence, workflow mapping tools, and QA/UAT processes.
