WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual who will take pride in owning product management responsibility. This individual will have strong customer-centric product management experience, the ability to work on multiple products, and will take the initiative to improve both our products and our processes.
Business Analysts are the core of the RealPage's product and business leadership. We work closely with internal & external stakeholders like Customers, Engineering, Marketing and Business Development teams to design product experiences. Be an expert on our customers' needs, and manage the impact of our products on their business. Product management at RealPage represents a great opportunity to be a part of some of the hottest trends in technology and property management industry today.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, maintain, distribute and automate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on marketing traffic, click trough rate, funnel reporting, conversion rate abandons across multiple marketing channels and product lines.
Work with customers and business leaders to drive the design and short/long term roadmap of your product.
Participate in requirements definition meetings with design team, contributing to and/or documenting the overall design as necessary
Lead small tasks and business process analysis sessions
Develop high-quality product requirements and detailed functional design documents from product roadmap & company strategy documents
Work closely with engineering (in-house and offshore) to innovate on and build out your product. You'll be prioritizing deliverables, managing design and supporting the engineering process.
Work with QA Engineers to develop metrics for assessing compliance of delivered products to outlined requirements
Provide Tier 2 customer support, helping troubleshoot reported issues
Participate in the Alpha and Beta testing of products and applications
Managing customer expectations during beta and production release cycles
Organize, participate, and conduct application demos and other internal presentations

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
5 + years of experience building Enterprise products in SaaS environment, Finance or analytics.
Excel expert with VBA skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, Power pivot, Power Query)
5+ year of reporting , data-driven work experience (e.g. business intelligence Microsoft SQl)
3+ year Experience with Ms SQL
2 + year Experience with Power BI /Tableau
1+ Year Experience with Python
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
Gathered, analyzed and communicated competitive and market intelligence
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills:
Able to clearly articulate technical solutions to internal and external audiences
Innate ability to drive consensus and forward motion
In particular, ability to shape constructive dialogue across a dynamic organization
Managed product requirements and translate them into compelling products and capabilities
Directed future product efforts and business direction
Been hugely organized with the ability to thrive and get the right things done in an environment where there is no end of things to do
Must be flexible and available after normal business hours to work with offshore teams
BS/BA or equivalent in CS or related technical field. MBA preferred
