About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
You will work with the business to scope data requirements related to BD (immediate) and business growth (broader) requirement
You will create tools and analytics to properly reflect progress against these requirements
You will identify, design and utilize automation measures where possible
You will trigger and quality check the generation of reports
You will provide initial technical training for people involved in the process, such as data encoders and business developers
You will act as the technical point person for applications related to the scope; act as a secondary relationship owner with the vendors of these applications
About You:
You have a degree Computer Science or other IT related courses or Business Administration, Math or Library Science or a course with strong focus in Data Science
You have at least 3 to 5 years experience working with Business Development or Sales team in a data related function
You have at least 1 year exposure in an international or financial services organization
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Intermediate level and adept in utilizing functions such as Pivot and V-Look up)
You are knowledgeable in Analytical tools such as MS Power BI
You practice good judgement in terms of handling information that may be confidential
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
