WHAT YOU DO
Our platform interacts with uniquely configured Implementation stacks which are inherently varied and complex. Our customers cover diverse industries and rely on Equus Software to train them on deploying our Global Mobility software. We have the privilege of working with some of the world's largest companies, providing them with apps and tools to effectively manage their business travelers and global employees (expatriates).
As a Business Analyst at Equus Software, you will be part of a team supporting world class clients. The focus of the role is to provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client's requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into solutions
Transition requirements of a developed solution into a support model
Identify and document issues, risks, and opportunities related to requirements
Support clients in solutions to issues and questions
Resolve issues and provide clear communications to Leader or Client as appropriate
Clarify issues, facts, figures, potential causes and effects
Partner with appropriate team members to research and find solutions
Develop test cases and executes quality assurance test plans
Configure and test Equus software products; including but not limited to; core system and company configuration, cost estimate configuration, compensation calculation, compensation worksheets, payroll system configuration, quick workflows and checklists, data dictionary overrides, client data imports, merge documents and email templates, widgets, and user report creation
Participate in the preparation of client webinars, conferences, demos and other presentations to both clients and internal Equus team
Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
Seek out information about both the relocation/global mobility industry and software industries, and applies that knowledge to day-to-day activities
Builds expertise with AssignmentPro, PinPoint and other Equus products as appropriate
Contributes to the Equus community - developing competency with Equus products
