Job Summary:
Develops and implements programs, projects or processes for an assigned customer account(s) (Business Unit). Develops and sponsors tactics to achieve strategic objectives across functional groups or within a business group through customer interaction. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans and completes complex assignments with minimal supervision or review. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems. End results are evaluated for achieving goals and objectives. Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.
Responsibilities:
Conducts analytical projects in support of process improvement across multiple teams and resources .
Partners with the leadership team to formulate strategies to achieve customer and financial objectives while driving integration activities.
Makes operating efficiency recommendations to management .
Uses analytic tools to inform the business of risks and opportunities and prepares detailed business analysis to explain performance results.
Provides leadership to a team of analysts that prepare detailed integrated forecasts across multiple operations segments, lines of business and geographic locations .
Designs management reporting packages to communicate business result transparency to all constituents.
Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance across functions and across different lines of business.
Ability to package and present key business insight in formal executive presentations.
Develops cross-functional knowledge in understanding impact of performance and trends that impact decisions on desired business strategies
Demonstrates strong problem solving skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to streamline data inputs in order to turn around timely analysis that drives business oversight.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
2 years of management experience.
Strong communication skills, self-starter, requires little supervision.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
