Business Analyst - managerMacquarie Group

This position is part of the HRO Shared Services team and you will be working with various stakeholders to gather data, analyze, and deliver business requirements across Macquarie Group.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Define project scope, identify impact, provide input into the project planning process, and manage key projects for the Operations Division
Review team processes and/or facilitate workshops to determine business requirements and identify areas for efficiency and quality improvements
Document requirements, business processes and other project outputs
Track and manage change requests, project risks, issues, and benefits proactively
Analyse and report on service levels and metrics
Manage the Business Resilience and coordinate activities across multiple regions and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will:
have the ability to work and interact with staff of all levels and display a high level of professionalism, service orientation and client commitment
have the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and take a proactive approach to solving not clearly defined problems
have the ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment, delivering timely, accurate and high quality solutions to business opportunities and challenges
have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail and accurate decision making abilities
be a self-starter that can work well both independently and as a team
have excellent verbal and written communications skills
have self-motivation to achieve business outcomes through collaboration
have sound understanding of working with strict confidentiality
have experience in implementing business process improvements in a global organization
