We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. Successful applicant will identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvement. Helps management to drive the strategy execution through designing new business models, streamlining, and reengineering existing business processes.
Subsequent duties include analyzing existing processes, gathering data, and creating new business strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas
Discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance
Creating and presenting process reports for management approval.
Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
at least 3+ years' experience as a process analyst.
Proven portfolio of completed projects.
Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City) and in (Alabang) if needed.
