The Role
As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing work intake initiatives in terms of requirements gathering and solution design
How you'll contribute
Understanding business needs, gathering business requirements for system development
Design, modify, and create business processes to implement business transformation solutions
Controls the scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline
Provide high-level estimates based on business requirements
Manages the team and represents a point of escalation
Develop, maintain and obtain sign-off of the business requirements and ensure the new/enhanced system meets the business requirements and objectives including a functional and non-functional requirement
Develop, maintain and obtain sign-off of the Functional Specification Document that meets BR and system capability
Leads the development and review of SIT and UAT test scenarios/case based on business scenarios and FSD
Work with business on the creation/update to the business process based on new business requirements
Provide support to clarify issues between business users and the technology team during SIT, UAT, Go-live, and Post Go-live
Manages issues escalated by the team to time
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science
At least 5 yrs experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the Software, IT Consulting, Banking, Financial Technology/Fintech
Proficient in MS Office Programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Knowledge of emerging technology & best practices in IT, Financial management of a project, Good understanding of Business models & Business processes
Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Business Process Flowcharting, MS Project, MS Office Applications, Fair understanding of Project Management
Stakeholder Management, Good Communication/Presentation Skills &, Think Out-of-the-Box, Articulation of Business Ideas, Problem Solving Skills
