Description and Requirements
The position will entail the following duties:
Working with stakeholders to identify issues within InSight and brainstorm to improve existing processes with additional content
Work as a team going through new feedback from end-users on a daily basis to identify trends and emerging issues
Organize, prioritize, and action feedback items as part of biweekly fix and enhancement scope
Assisting with special projects within the InSight scope and roadmap
Attending regular team meetings within the team and with stakeholders of the tool
Assisting in testing new release content, both fixes, and enhancements in pre-production environments
Skillsets and Assets
Experience in process mapping and process definition in Visio an asset
Skills in coding xTend and Java are an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize without much supervision
A team player in a fun but challenging environment
