Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Conduct data analysis and present insights to support strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories and process flows
Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
Offer mentorship and assistance to end-users
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
