Home Lending Records and Access Management Analyst (601)
Description:
The Records and Access Management (RAAM) team provides governance of the Home Lending Records and Access Management Program and supports compliance to firmwide policy across Home Lending. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing Compliance governance, Project Management, Business Analytics, and testing support. .
The Home Lending Records and Access Management Analyst performs data reviews of monthly Key Risk and Key Performance Indicators (KRI/KPI) and exception reporting for Home Lending Records Management controls as well as supporting key initiative and program or projects within Home Lending.
Responsibilities to include - but are not limited to:
1. Perform data and documentation review of all analytics reporting and dashboards
2. Validate Home Lending Records Management controls adherence through exception reporting and certification management
3. Maintain evergreen checklists in accordance with internal procedures
4. Create weekly and monthly reporting for performance metrics related to reviews
5. Identify trends and report or escalate as needed
This position must be able to work within deadlines in a fast paced environment and possess strong problem solving and relationship management skills. This position also requires the ability to manage multiple functions and tasks while staying within departmental SLA's.
Qualifications/Skills
1. High proficiency in MS Office suite particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
2. Excellent attention to detail required
3. Strong communication skills required
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to deliver initiatives in the most expeditious and efficient manner with the highest level of quality
5. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
6. Experience with Home Lending business applications
7. Decision Maker/Independent Thinker with the ability to avoid and solve problems
8. Exhibits creative thinking, confidence, and knowledge when resolving business issues
9. Partnership, teamwork and collaboration experience Prior experience in a quality program, preferred
