Business Analyst
What are we looking for:
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting our eCommerce growth in digital campaigns by analyzing and visualizing data to make more educated decisions on how to successfully launch and scale our various eCommerce programs.
You should have direct campaign-level analytics experience in an agency or media organization.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Create reports to guide decision-making across the eCommerce team
Make data and reporting updates as needed to ensure accuracy
Proven ability to synthesize campaign data across different digital channels into a cohesive, compelling data story for the eCommerce team
Present analytic findings and identify growth opportunities for the eCommerce team
Independently handle multiple projects at a time meeting objectives and deadlines
About You:
Core qualifications:
3+ Years experience with data analysis
Extensive knowledge in data analysis, visualization, and communication, with prior full-time work experience in relevant area
Proven analytical abilities
Digital agency experience
Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table, etc)
Experience with working with a large amount of data
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
High proficiency with SQL language and database management
Experience with data visualization and tools (PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Data Studio)
