Provides technical analysis to evaluate potential business decisions which may include conducting forecasts, time studies and feasibility studies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors Key Performance Indicators and ensures that relevant pieces of information are gathered.
2. Conducts time studies to determine work productivity and estimate labor costs.
3. Responsible for data gathering, conduct of research and analysis on industry and market trends to identify business risks and opportunities for each brand and to support the planning process.
4. Responsible for the process to spot, test, learn, pilot, and scale new business models, products or process.
Qualifications:
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Accounting or any accounting related course.
2. Must have at least one (1) year experience in the related field.
3. Must have excellent written, verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills
4. Must have a high level of integrity especially in handling confidential data and information
5. Must demonstrate high level of business acumen and familiarity with the different departments and units within the organization.
6. Must be willing to be assigned at construction site to perform time and motion studies and other researches relevant to the organization.
7. Must be intermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel. Knowledge in Pivot Table is an advantage.
8. Amenable to work in Quezon City
