Your role: Identify areas where changes are needed in business processes / application systems. Monitor changes and its effects on operations. Act as an intermediary between business units, technology teams and support teams. Participate in UAT and other testing. Who you are: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or IT/Business related. Preferably with at least 4-7 years of application/process management experience. Possess working knowledge of business analysis and business process management. Familiar with process policy, design and improvement. Familiar with Software and Application Life Cycle.
