Job Description:
This position will serve as a Delivery Analyst within the OE Support Delivery & Design team. The position supports three functions:
Delivery: Provide support with adhoc reporting, automation tasks, control monitoring, sustainability and project support of all related platforms with OE such as Chase Answers and Homepage.
Design: Provide Dreamweaver configuration, HTML troubleshooting, template management, escalation management, training and mentoring to our Design partners.
Certifications: Provide adhoc reporting and automation tasks in support of our OEO access certification activities.
Responsibilities to include - but are not limited to:
Technical aspects of the web content including scripting, browser compatibility, functionality, coding consistency, versions control and links
Adobe Dreamweaver technical support
Technical support for all repositories
Monitoring and supporting the overall health of the repositories including P1 issues, upgrades , migrations and enhancements
Create and manage process efficiencies through automation, scripting and reporting
Document template management
Document inventory management
Managing and prioritizing work to best service both internal and external Chase customers
Support certification activities throughout process lifecycle
Applicants must be able to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment and possess strong problem solving and relationship management skills. This position also requires the ability to manage multiple functions and tasks while staying within departmental SLA's.
Qualifications * Degree in Visual Communication, Technology, Web Design or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of two year experience as a web content developer preferred.
Proven ability to complete front end web design and back end development functionality with little to no direction.
Mastery of Adobe products mainly: Dreamweaver and Photoshop preferred.
Working knowledge of Alteryx preferred.
Working knowledge of HTML required.
Technical aptitude to learn new software and technologies such as advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Excellent business analysis and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to perform with ambiguous or changing direction.
Ability to work at a high energy level and with a sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to learn processes and technology quickly.
Team oriented attitude with experience training and mentoring new employees.
Demonstrated ability to realign priorities, workload and schedule to meet the needs of the business.
