Job Description : Key Responsibilities: * Create and maintain book of work for demand mitigation initiatives designed to reduce the overall workload in FCPS Inbound Phones * Develop business cases to aid in prioritization discussions and ensur Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain book of work for demand mitigation initiatives designed to reduce the overall workload in FCPS Inbound Phones Develop business cases to aid in prioritization discussions and ensure efficient utilization of resources Partner with peers across the organization to influence and introduce change Utilizing data analysis techniques, synthe data from multiple sources to create compelling presentations for executive leadership Capability to lead or manage matrix or direct reports PreferredQualifications & Skills: Requires in depth knowledge of business operations processes and call center structure/procedures Prefer 5+ years of related experience in Business Management, Operations Management and/or Business Support functions Proven track record of defining metrics, transforming large amounts of data into meaningful business views and identifying data improvement opportunities Understanding of the Fraud and Customer Protection Services (FCPS) operational processes, data and technology platforms is a plus Must have good understanding of Program/Project management disciplines Must have proven ability to work with large-scale/complex issues with all levels of management. Ability to work effectively across functional and organizational lines Experience working remotely with a supervisor and/or other team members Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred (data sets, linked workbooks, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Look ups) Requires expert level in PowerPoint and visualization of data Experience in an Agile/sprint environment preferred but not required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience The ideal candidate is: Able to confidently engage diverse groups, including senior level stakeholders, with data-backed insights Effectively prioritizes and delegates work while developing and coaching others Naturally inquisitive and proactive - seeks to understand the meaning behind complex data, apply analytical techniques, and translate analysis into easy-to-understand and actionable observations Actively seeks new ways to improve the overall operating environment Able to quickly learn new areas of the business Able to partner and effectively influence across the organization Provides concise and meaningful analysis for Senior Leadership, supported by accurate and concise data Able to successfully identify changing priorities based on risk factors Maintains and effectively manages partnerships to ground data and analysis prior to publication Works autonomously to ensure deadlines are met while providing quality output.
