Perform minor plumbing maintenance
Perform electrical work up to and including 480 vac/3 phase
Lighting repairs, replacements and upgrades
Troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC related equipment, compressor change out, motor replacement, leak detection, repair belts, filters, and drains.
