Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Experienced as Multi Skilled Building Maintenance Technician (Mechanical /Electrical/Carpentry/Plumbing/Masonry)

Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting on Repair and maintenance on Mechanical/Electrical/Carpentry/Plumbing/Masonry/Painting
Team player and able to established good working relationship with co-employees and superiors
