Qualifications:
Must possess at least vocational diploma or short course certificate, bachelor's/college level in Electrical Technician or electronics course
Preferably with at least 2 years experience employed specialized in maintenance of equipments and building repairs.
Required knowledge: basic knowledge in electrical, electronics and plumbing
knows basic computer skills : MS word, MS Excel
Hardworking
Can work alone or in teams
Must be willing to be assigned in Binondo, manila
Works Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
Will be in charge in the maintenance of various equipments with the building ( genset/waterpump etc)
Will be in charge handling utility problems like changing bulb, sockets etc.
Will be in charge in repairing minor plumbing works like changing faucets,water closet, etc.
In charge in monitoring and supervising various aspects within the bldg.
Ex: coordinating with elevator technicians for monthly servicing of elevator
Monitor water bills and meralco bills of the bldg and it's occupants
In charge in liasing with city hall and fire dept for various renewals of permit yearly.
