BUILDING MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Qualifications:
A PRC Licensed Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)
Has at least 2-3 years working experience as a Maintenance Engineer
Experience in AutoCAD software is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards such as ISO 9001 and 14001 and BOSH.
Must possess good analytical skills and a team player.
Must be responsible and flexible with work schedules.
Ability to work independently and with less supervision.
