BUILDING/FACILITIES ENGINEER
• Graduate of Civil Engineer, Preferably Licensed
• Computer-literate in Windows application
• Familiar with Philippine codes or law pertaining to building maintenance and repair
• Can interpret variety of technical reports
• Preferably 3 years or more exposure in facility/building maintenance
• Possessed analytical and strategic thinking skills
