Job Descriptions
Proficient in plastering, dry wall installation, painting and even carpentry.
Repair flooring, replace broken tiles, and work on plumbing.
Electrical work, heating, air conditioning, landscaping and power systems.
Repair and maintain machines and other mechanical equipment
May be required to order supplies and work within a budget.
Responsible for inventory control of his tools, cleaning implements and materials and fixtures
Perform safety checks throughout the facility.
Responsible for maintaining warranties on equipment and performing preventative maintenance.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any Technical / Engineering Course
With at least 5 years work experience in building / facility / equipment maintenance or fabrication / electrical / mechanical / civil works or similar functions
With strong sense of responsibility
Schedule:
8 hour shift
