Job Description
Conduct thorough inspections and high-quality repairs of building structures
Execute preventive maintenance tasks for building fabric systems
Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and strategies
Coordinate with the Building Fabric / Civil Supervisor on major repair projects
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of service and safety
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance
Extensive knowledge of building structures and maintenance practices
Advanced technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
Consistent execution of preventive maintenance programs
