As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for the following qualified candidates to join our team:
 
BUILDING ENGINEER
 
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise completeness and full functionality of the building equipment and facility quarterly
Collates preventive maintenance technical report and accomplishment weekly
Monitor complete repair and maintenance services to unit owner/tenant timeously and cost-effectively
Summarize all monthly utility readings every 3rd week of the month
Provide utility technical analysis monthly
Propose electricity and water savings initiatives monthly
Maintain available stock for ready use
Supervise periodic inspection on the quality and timeliness of service rendered, review and evaluation of all technical service reports submitted by the service contractor
Enforce building's house rules and renovation/construction guidelines
Monitor all repair works within the building weekly
Acts as safety officer who will ensure the strict implementation of safety policies and procedures
Assist in budget and report preparation by providing necessary data, records, and other technical information about the building and its equipment
Create and Maintain a positive, productive relationship with co-workers, unit owners, tenants, and technicians.
Submits weekly technical report to the PM
Compliance to company policies and other duties and responsibilities as required by the management
Qualifications:
Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Field
With at least 2 years of technical experience
Must be flexible when it comes to work location
Able to handle work pressure and render overtime as necessary
Aggressive, hardworking, and with strong leadership and command
Organized, detail-oriented has good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Results-oriented and goal-driven
With PRC License an advantage
