Responsible for managing the facilities and utilities of the building. Assist the property manager in the planning and implementation of projects for the property and the preparation of budgets. Ensure all permits, licenses, and contracts are processed and updated timely. Ensure security, good housekeeping, and the operation and maintenance of the building. supervise the facilities engineer and building technicians.
Education and Competencies Requirements:
Preferably a registered electrical, mechanical, civil, or electronic engineer with five years of related experience in technical functions
Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills
Good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions
Ability to make judgments regarding alternative means of procuring materials or services based on cost and serviceability.
