Job Descriptions
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent
Preferably with experience in Condominium Facilities Management.
Handles the technical and non-technical aspects of the operations of the property.
Monitors performance of all service contractors.
Prepares and ensures proper implementation of preventive maintenance of all major and minor equipment of the building.
Tenant relations and coordination.
Conducts punch listing of construction related works prior to turn-over and acceptance.
Prepares status reports.
Conducts regular safety audits.
Ensures non-interruption of the business and the property's operating areas.
