Services Contracts are 100% updated - signed and notarized
100% Compliance to all statutory requirements (necessary permits and licenses for the property)
100% Accomplishment of the planned 52-Week Preventive Maintenance
100% EOS Compliance
Emergency Call Tree and ERT are in place and cascaded to the rest of the building staff
Perform Semi-Annual Vendor Performance Evaluation to all third-party vendors
Preparation and approval of the current year's Operating Budget
Target Collection Efficiency of 90%
Implement at least 2 Customer Service Programs
Provide at least 2 Energy Management Program or Cost Reduction Initiative
Achieve a minimum score of 4.0 in the Client Satisfaction Survey
Presentation of the year-end Accomplishment and Account Plan for the coming year
Timely Service Help Desk Response and Client/Tenant Email Response
Actively seeks ways to improve productivity and efficiency
Delivers service in line with agreed performance metrics
Consistently deliver service that is of high quality and timely in nature
Anticipates and seeks to address internal and / or external client needs
