Description
• Manage the day to day tasks of the property's Engineering and Maintenance function
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities have proper tagging and simple, step by step guide on how to operate
• Attend to concerns/complaints of unit owners/tenants and dispense instructions on action to be taken to the Technical Coordinator/Lead Technician
• Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator/Lead Technician regarding work schedule or assignment of technicians, preparation of purchase requests for supplies and materials
• Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator/Lead Technician regarding engineering supplies and materials needed by the technical team
• Adhere to the concern slip process related to the Engineering and Maintenance works
• Adhere to the fit-out and renovation guidelines of the Corporation
• Handles the technical team with regard to attendance, performance, and physical appearance
• Administers performance evaluation for all technical staff
• Establish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representative
• Build a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenants
• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
