Purpose of Role
Actively leads a team of technicians and other support staff for HVAC-related Preventive/Corrective Maintenance and all Project-related Activities.
Delivers customer satisfaction and builds strong customer relationships by focusing on responsiveness and communications as well as on meeting or exceeding customer's expectations.
Delivers financial excellence by focusing on Project Margin and Overhead and management of Overtimes.
Operational excellence by focusing on competency, responsiveness, quality and productivity.
Introduces continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge mgmt. and leadership, utilizing qualified and experienced resources.
Manages the available resources to meet and/or exceed the operation & maintenance. Standards, contractual obligations and customer's satisfaction within the approved budget
Creates and maintains a good working relationship with the customer such that a minimum score of "4" and 95% is achieved in QBR and in KPI, respectively.
Primary Accountabilities
Ensures that HVAC Preventive Maintenance Programs are being implemented.
Ensures that all Preventive Maintenance Records are updated and kept properly.
Handles all HVAC-related Projects (Self-Performed and Outsourced) from conception to Turnover.
Creates a competitive proposal with good Margin and Company Overhead.
Resolves problems and/or conflicts and maintains open communication with the Client / Vendor
Efficiently liaises and coordinates all HVAC requirements with Client / Vendor.
Ensures that all activities comply with the company policies, procedures and standards
Assimilates Project management information and writes report detailing activities
Effectively handles and monitors a group of technicians in daily tasks/routines and reviews all reports logged by subordinates.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Site Manager.
Qualification
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Completed DOLE Accredited Safety Training (BOSH Certification)
Intermediate to Advanced Skill Level on AutoCAD Operation
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in related work
willing to work on 6-day work schedule with rotating shift
willing to be assigned at Baguio City
