Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Technical course or any course related with the position
- At least High School graduate
- knowledge in motor controls, substation, welding works/ fabrication, basic skills in plumbing and other building maintenance.
- Willingness to inspect and evaluate all mechanical aspects of the building
- Must have the ability to climb heights, lift up to 60 lbs. and climb onto ladders
- Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge.
- Experience working as an electrician.
- To be deployed in Dasmarinas, Cavite
Job Description:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects
- Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems in the building
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
- Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations
- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
