Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs.
Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance and order in the building.
Prioritizes technical work to be done in accordance to safety, time duration and budget.
Attends to tenant inquiries, complaints and requests.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Job Summary:
The Building Admin Officer is responsible for maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the building including but not limited to amenities, utilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be graduate of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
Must be License Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.
Amenable to work 6x a week, during holiday and to work longer hours.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field preferably 1 year specializing in building/facility management.
