Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least two (2) years of work-related experience
Excellent communication skills both in oral and written
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in management accounting, accounting standards, budgeting, and financial reports and analysis
Proficient in MS Offices
Knowledge in SAP/Quickbooks is an advantage
Team player
Open to feedback and constructive criticisms
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares budget for the upcoming year
Collaborates and works with department heads to ensure that expenditures are made within approved budgets
Reviews financial statements to identify problems or trends that may affect the organization's finances.
Responsible for the preparation of: Monthly Consolidated Financial Report and Schedules and Monthly Departmental Report of Accounting Department
Checks payment vouchers and ensures expenses are within budget, otherwise, subject for justification
Contributes to the establishment of short and long term departmental goals, policies, and procedures, and oversees its implementation
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
