Roles and Responsibilities include:
Direct and manage the preparation of the annual budgets (operating revenues and expenses, manpower plan, capex, etc.
Prepares budget presentation materials for the Business Unit Head defense/presentation of the budget to Executive Leadership.
Assists in the review and analysis of the variances between monthly actual results vs targets/budgets.
Reviews the monthly performance reports by cost centers and by department.
Participate and drive process improvement and automation projects
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Must have at least four (4) years of related work experience.
Must have strong background in managing financial statements, budget planning, preparation and consolidation.
Knowledge or familiarity in using accounting and business systems (e.g. SAP. Anaplan, etc.) is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Good business writing and presentation skills.
Good project management skills.
Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
