Support Senior Accountant / Accounting manager in carrying out different responsibilities in the Accounting Department
Prepare ledgers entries by maintaining and updating the file
Monitor different billings and make sure to be paid on time
Monitor client billings for collection
Help the department every month-end closing
Reconciliation of inventories
Recording and reconciling monthly sales
Receive payables, verify the information and prepare payment
Perform other duties as assigned related to accounting works
Other duties to be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Have at least 1 year (Max 3 years) experience with hands-on accounting tasks
Must have good academic standing
Proficient in oral and written communication (English)
Applicant must be willing to work in Makati
Can start asap or at least by the beginning of Jan 2021
