Responsible for managing all aspects of the Brokerage Department; carry out customs entry and perform good customer service. Maintains and follows customs clearance process. Develop and maintain both new and existing customer relationships, promoting the company's Brokerage service. Maintain and monitor all customs licenses and certificate ensuring they are kept up to date. Consult and provide training where necessary in order to encourage progression with the Brokerage Team. Implement changes where necessary.
