About the account:
Our client provides franchises for one of the world's biggest residential real-estate sales networks, with about 8,000 independently-owned offices in over 70 countries and territories around the globe.
About the role:
Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
Provide excellent customer service to borrowers andbrokersworking with them one-on-one with an understanding of the documentation required.
Work efficiently on each file each day to ensure closing deadlines.
Ensurebrokers, borrowers, and loan officers are kept informed each day on the progress of each file. Communicate challenges as well as success.
Understand the loan programs to help the borrowers andbrokersunderstand them.
Complete all data input for each file.
Ensure you comply with the established regulations and legal requirements.
Position requirements:
Must have at least 2 years background in Australian mortgage with the same role or similar
Background and experience with SalesTrekker (SFG) and ApplyOnline is a must
Lodgement to settlement activity customer andbrokermanagement
Familiarisation with VIC, Australia real estate and compliance is an advantage
