Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Sales Manager to join our team at Promax, a leading CDO company located in Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. As the Broker Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our team of brokers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key clients.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide exceptional customer service- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in market conditions- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Travel to various locations to meet with clients and attend industry events as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or brokerage, with a proven track record of achieving targets- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders- In-depth knowledge of the CDO industry and market trends- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed- Fluent in English and Filipino- Must be a resident of Cagayan De Oro City.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
