Broadcast Monitoring OperatorLocation
Onsite PasigAbout the Role
Corrivium delivers high profile livestream events for sports, media, and corporate clients. We are expanding our Broadcast Monitoring team to the Philippines to provide 7-day coverage of multiple simultaneous livestreams. Operators will monitor streams, manage alerts, communicate with clients, and escalate issues to our AU-based Technical team.Responsibilities
Monitor livestream integrity using TAG monitoring dashboard and GV AMPP multiview.
Detect, log, and escalate livestream issues promptly through ticketing system.
Manage client communications via Slack, email, Unity, and phone, using provided scripts.
Provide first-line support for minor issues, escalating complex issues per SOP.
Maintain accurate incident logs, daily shift reports, and handover notes.
Collaborate closely with AU Technical Team for escalations and event delivery continuity.
Follow security, access, and operational policies (ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS aligned).
Requirements
1-3 years' experience in monitoring, broadcast, customer service, or BPO operations.
Strong attention to detail with ability to detect subtle audio/visual changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with client-facing support (Slack, phone, chat, or email).
Able to multitask in high-pressure, live-event environments.
Tech-savvy, with ability to quickly learn monitoring dashboards.
Willingness to work shifts (covering 8am-11pm, 7 days AEST/AEDT).
Nice to Have
Familiarity with live broadcast/streaming platforms.
Previous experience in control room, broadcast operations, or livestream support.
Shift Coverage
2 shifts per day to cover 15 hrs/day across 7 days.
Rotation includes weekends and holidays.
Team structure: 3 FTE providing redundancy and overlap.
