Key Responsibilities
- Managing the on-boarding process from offer accept to employee start date
- Educating and setting expectations with candidate about onboarding process
- Entering and updating the vetting monitoring software with tracking details
- Liaising with third party vetting providers
- Collating and uploading documentation as required by clients
- Communicating progress with Hiring Managers and Candidates and internal recruitment team, highlighting any potential delays and mitigations
- Ensure contracts are processed and compliant with relevant employment legislation
- Ensuring work is completed and compliant through a defined process
- Maintaining electronic files and ensuring these are kept up to date during the on-boarding process
- Effectively managing queries via phone and email to resolution
- Providing reporting as required
- Performing other administrative duties as required
