The Brand Stylist will lead and direct the styling execution across Gingersnaps and Just G brands. This role will ensure that the brand aesthetics is consistently maintained in all channels - brick and mortar stores, e-commerce, and social media.
Responsibilities:
Identifies opportunities to increase brand engagement and consideration through trend-driven, relevant, and ownable brand styling.
Supports merchandising, marketing, and branding goals through a creative approach to visual communication and storytelling.
Leads the implementation of the created brand looks to support all content production for photoshoots for brand consistency.
Partners with Creative/Art Directors, Photographers, and crew in pre-production planning to finalize shot plan, models, and styling details prior to execution.
Creates seasonal and campaign styling guides and communication tools in order to support the team during execution.
As necessary:
Styles models on location (works with the entire crew to provide guidance in the overall style and look of outfits.)
BA/BS in related field with at least 3 years styling experience in lifestyle and fashion
Ability to interpret fashion trends for the brand and has an excellent sense of style
Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability to achieve the business's Bottomline.
Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, generate ideas, and improve on processes
Strong time management, results-oriented and adaptable
