STRATEGY PLANNING LEAD
Defines a clear vision and provides deep insights to mentor and guide the assigned teams
Oversees consultations and executions of all creative and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on
budget, and on schedule
Provides leadership and motivation to foster the agency's standards of creative excellence and digital
ingenuity to consistently achieve client goals
KEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP
Responsible in leading the overall strategic operations for assigned accounts - from planning to execution
Engages senior clients with an unparalleled understanding of what they need and where they can take their
brands and business
Collaborates with art directors, strategy managers and digital development heads to ensure holistic and
timely execution of projects
TEAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Supports and mentors the Strategic Management senior managers and supervisors through administrative
and performance management
Oversees that daily administrative tasks are delivered and executed with due diligence
Able to fairly implement and enforce company policies and is reliable in troubleshooting challenges that may
also involve other departments
Daily goals:
1. Oversee all pitch and project requirements and ensure everything is properly managed and on track
2. Assess the right team members to be involved in the different pitch and project requirements together with
the senior managers
3. Define and calibrate the project approach, lead strategic planning and brainstorming of the team
4. Identify next steps on assigned requirements to ensure adherence to internal and external timelines
5. Approve final pitch presentations, with the support of the respective pitch teams
6. Lead pitch presentations to client
7. Consult on innovations and experience requirements for existing accounts whenever necessary
8. Share new innovations and trends on digital for the team to experiment with
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Previous related roles: Strategic planner, campaign planner or strategist, Brand strategist
With at least 6-10 years of experience, or more but within salary range
Experience working in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is a big advantage (or related field, like Media, PR, etc)
SALARY RANGE:
6-8 years: Max of 65,000 net (around 80,000 Gross)
8+ years: 100,000 net (around 135, 000 Gross)
Open for higher salary, especially for director level
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Preferably within Metro Manila (preferably not outside Bulacan or Cavite/Laguna area)
Sample companies: Any advertising agency, ABS CBN, GMA, Summit Media, Shopee, Lazada, Hinge Inquirer, One Mega, or the likes
If applicants are from the brand side, preferably someone who has experience with multiple brands or industries
