Job Description
Position Summary
Project Management : Coordinate and oversee the deployment of new stores, store renovations and maintaining store condition thru timely repairs.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that store deployment projects proceed smoothly.
Role and Responsibilities
Core R&Rs
Compliance : Ensure that store deployments comply with local regulations, building codes, and Global Design Standards [GDS]
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure that store openings or renovations are completed on schedule.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve store deployment processes and strategies for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
KPIs
Quality Control: Ensure that the construction and design of new stores meet quality standards and align with the company's brand image
Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for store deployment projects, controlling costs and expenses.
Asset Monitoring : Ensure asset production and movement stored in warehouse.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to store deployment projects, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during store deployment and find practical solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
With 3 years related experience in the same capacity and field
Possess leadership and influencing skills to command others
Good project management skills
Educational background
Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design courses [with or without license
