Schedule: Monday FridayJob Summary:We are looking for a Brand and Account Professionals to help develop, execute, and monitor brand strategies and marketing initiatives. This role supports brand growth, enhances customer engagement, and ensures alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in brand management, marketing execution, and sales performance tracking, particularly in the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:Brand Management & Execution
Assist in planning and implementing brand strategies to drive sales and market positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, in-store displays, and digital platforms.
Conduct store visits to check brand visibility and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
Marketing & Promotions
Work with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and activations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for marketing collaterals and event requirements.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Product Management
Support product lifecycle management, including launches, pricing, and inventory monitoring.
Gather market trends and customer insights to recommend new product ideas or improvements.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze sales data to assess brand initiative effectiveness.
Work with the Sales team to boost store performance and suggest promotional strategies.
Prepare reports on sales and brand performance for management review.
Competitor & Market Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Conduct research and surveys to understand customer preferences and purchasing behavior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role in retail.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and market data.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
