Job Description: * Ideate, create, and produce strategic video concepts for digital ads to engage and capture the interest of target audiences * Work with marketing and creative teams to gather and source information essential in communicating Job Description: Ideate, create, and produce strategic video concepts for digital ads to engage and capture the interest of target audiences Work with marketing and creative teams to gather and source information essential in communicating key messages and produce highly engaging, impactful content Plan and maximize timelines for pre-production, production, and post-production for the creation of digital ads Delegate roles and responsibilities properly and effectively to members of the production team all throughout the phases of each project Work with the production team to identify the required shots to achieve the best outcome for the video materials Outsource talents that best fit the personas featured in the video concepts and conduct end-to-end coordination for casting Plan set designs and locations for each shoot and manage elements and/or props needed in every scene Plan and manage budgets efficiently for pre-production, production, and post-production expenses Run the production team and direct talents on set to achieve the best shots for the video materials Visualize the final look of the video by determining all required creative elements such as copy, supers, graphics, and animations Monitor post-production to ensure that the final video look is achieved while staying on track with timelines Manage the production team's resources which include sourcing set design and props, and procuring production equipment Fulfill application requirements and complete supporting documents required in securing permits to create, produce, and launch digital ads Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising Arts, Multimedia Studies, Film, or any course relevant to the field Must have experience managing a production team in pre-production, production, and post-production Must have substantial experience and/or knowledge in offline and online editing Knowledge of DTI and ASC application processes is an advantage Track record of using purposeful storytelling to drive impact and results Able to work independently on multiple projects and perform under pressure Able to assess risks and set out contingency plans
