Job Description
THE ROLE
This is a marketing leadership role with a broad remit of overseeing both brand and social media marketing that deliver business results for Philippines' largest personal finance platform.
You will have tremendous opportunity and flexibility to work with a wide range of functions including content, SEO, performance marketing, CRM, analytics, design, commercial, product, technology and customer services. You will be expected to think and act as a business lead - understanding how our brand and marketing initiatives support the organization's overall business objectives.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between developing high level strategy, helping the team grow and getting things done. With your hands-on experience in marketing management, penchant for lateral thinking and problem solving, cross-functional collaboration skills, leadership experience and a personal ambition to nurture a high performance culture, you will play a key role in the Moneymax marketing organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management and Communications
Build brand equity for Moneymax as a trusted financial wellness companion through a communications strategy across primarily owned and earned channels.
Propose and lead strategic projects related to brand management
Own the development and communication of business cases for all brand building initiatives.
Craft the brand narrative to associate our identify with ideas that can help us connect with our target audience emotionally
Set and monitor annual marketing strategies for brand building, product launches and market positioning.
Maintain a pulse on marketplace trends to ensure our marketing activities remain relevant to the consumer
Develop brand communication guidelines and be accountable for brand governance across all channels, including affiliate partners.
Collaborate closely with creative, content and customer service teams to ensure consistency of brand experience and messaging across all touchpoints.
Manage the process for gathering market intelligence about our target audience, competitors and industry landscape.
Lead and grow a team comprising social media specialists. Translate branding strategy into social media tactics.
Identify right influencers for our brand and create promotional strategies with them
Work closely with visual design team to reflect our brand personality in our creatives
Own the development and roll-out of standardized reporting frameworks tools to assess brand and performance.
Set objectives and measurable key results for brand management and social media activities.
Manage and direct agency partners to achieve objectives.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of crafting multi-channel brand communication and marketing strategies with hands-on experience in campaign direction and management
Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data
Ability to communicate brand purpose with creativity
Track record of managing and motivating a team to set and exceed growth targets
Strong workflow management skills to create processes and systems that improve efficiencies within an organization
Sharp business acumen to prioritize initiatives for maximum impact
Google Analytics savvy, numbers and results-oriented
Skillful communicator in spoken and written Tagalog and English who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
Fast learner who thrives on continuous learning and taking on new challenges
Interest in money management and personal finance
