The Role
You will play a key role in the supercharging of the brand's strategy across digital and future retail touchpoints for the Philippines. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and elevation of Love, Bonito's digital and physical experiences to engage, build and nurture our LBCommunity.

Main Responsibilities
Build our Love, Bonito community in the Philippines
Support in PH brand strategy by localising and implementing performance-driven Brand campaigns working closely with the Marketing Manager on an overall integrated marketing plan.
Initiate & roll-out country-specific customer loyalty rewards program, onboard partners for loyalty perks
Support and execute all relevant virtual and physical brand activations across various spectrum and mediums of brand's experience - Product launches, styling workshops, PR events, media launches and more to engage and grow community base with customers and influencers.
Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance of community growth and optimisation across all localised community touchpoints and social platforms
Adapt locally Brand guidelines to define local contents on EDM's
Follow, compile and share industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics, identify gaps and opportunities to further enhance campaign dimensions
Kickstart and develop marketing partnerships
Build PR agency partnership to develop and maintaining relationships with local media publishers
Support in local influencers strategy by creating on content and ideation together, and sourcing for new influencers to drive traffic, build buzz and brand awareness, and radiate LB's brand story
Proof-read, manage and contribute to localised copy for diverse marketing distributions (press releases, website material, EDM, social media etc.) and press kits if any.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and implement processes
Collaborate with all relevant internal teams, i.e., Growth, Creative, Product, Design, Commercial, Retail and create efficiencies across workstreams, run creative tests and new projects.
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant work experience with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Solid hybrid hands-on experience in email marketing, community and events management, content planning, and creation.
Great team player with strong communication skills
Past experience in a high growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment
